A new name for a new chapter
When we launched our pre-TGE incentives, we introduced PUMPs, Warden's incentive points. We loved the branding, you loved PUMPing. But since pump.fun launched their token, things got confusing for newcomers. So we're making a change.
Say hello to reWARDs.
reWARDs are the new points system powering every season moving forward. Same energy, clearer identity, and now that TGE is behind us, nothing is holding us back. Campaigns have clear timelines, clear mechanics, and clear value.
How to generate reWARDs
This part is simple. Use Warden, earn reWARDs.
Trade on the Trading Terminal? reWARDs. Chat with the Messari Agent? reWARDs. Swap, research, predict, bet? reWARDs. Any meaningful activity on the app counts.
On top of that, there are daily, weekly, and monthly leaderboards across products like Betflix, the Trading Terminal, and Predictions (coming soon). Climbing these leaderboards boosts your reWARDs even further.
And because Warden is better with your crew: the more friends you invite, and the more reWARDs they generate, the better it is for you too. The higher the value your ecosystem creates, the more you benefit.
One thing to note: activity that looks like spam or carries limited impact won't count. For example - botted behavior, unusual patterns on zero-fee actions. For example, wrapping and unwrapping tokens doesn't generate any fees, so it won't generate reWARDs.
Scoring
We want this to be as transparent as possible. Here's how scoring breaks down:
reWARDs weight: 30% Your accumulated reWARDs, including multipliers from pre-early subscriptions.
Fee generation: 40% Fees generated through your activity on Warden (gas fees on execution chains like ETH on Ethereum are excluded).
Mindshare: 30% Your presence and contribution to the Warden ecosystem beyond just transactions.
Pro tips to maximize your score:
Trading on the Trading Terminal tends to generate higher volumes than most other activities, which means more fees, which means a bigger share of that 40% weight. If you're looking for the fastest path to climb, that's it.
On the Betflix side, winning tournaments is one of the best ways to stack reWARDs quickly since tournament winners get significant boosts on the leaderboards.
Don't sleep on the Messari Research Agent either. Chatting with it is fast, easy, and genuinely useful for your own decision-making while generating reWARDs at the same time. It's one of those rare cases where the activity that earns you points also makes you a better trader.
Combine all of this with an active referral network and you're covering all three major scoring pillars at once.
Timeline
Season 04 runs from February 4th through April 30th. Rewards will be distributed in early May once final calculations are complete. No ambiguity, no extensions. Three months, done.
The reWARD pool
We're allocating 5 million WARD tokens to be distributed among Season 04 participants. There may also be parallel campaigns with other platforms that would reWARD on top of this allocation.
Final rewards may be distributed in WARD tokens or a stable equivalent depending on market conditions at the time of distribution. Our priority is always to protect the value of WARD and avoid creating unnecessary selling pressure. We'd rather reWARD you in a way that's healthy for everyone long term than rush tokens out at the wrong moment.
