Warden 2.0: WARD Takes the Floor
Let's start with the honest part.
For months the loudest question in our community has not been about architecture, or verification, or how many models Halo serves. It has been simpler than that. What does WARD actually do?
Fair question. We heard it. We are answering it with product, not with a thread.
Warden 2.0 is not a new product with a new logo. It is the same roadmap we have been executing for two years, pointed at the thing the community asked us to point it at. WARD utility. WARD demand. WARD in the middle of every flow that matters.
Here is what ships, starting this month.
1. Warden Token Terminal

The Token Terminal is the front door to Warden, and it is where WARD gets its job.
Trade any asset across Robinhood Chain, BNB Chain, Base, Ethereum and more, from one interface. No hopping between six tabs and four wallets. One terminal, every chain, every asset.
Inside it sits the Warden Agent Launchpad. Token launches are permissionless by default, with multiple launch models across DEX pools on multiple chains. Uniswap, Aerodrome, PancakeSwap and others are supported out of the gate. Anyone can launch. That part stays open.
But launches are tied to WARD. Holders and stakers get benefits at the launchpad level, and the curated tier is where it compounds: higher FDV launches, gated and routed through WARD. Every serious launch that wants the curated path creates demand for the token. Every WARD holder sits upstream of that flow.
That is the spiral. More launches, more terminal volume, more reasons to hold and stake WARD, which makes the curated tier more valuable, which brings better launches.
Coming this month. No delays.
2. Warden Buffett and BerkshireDAO
Warden Buffett is coming to the Token Terminal.
Two years of work on an agent that helps people make better informed trades, now sitting directly inside the terminal. Ask it about any token and get a real answer. Tell it to swap and it executes. Tell it to launch and it launches. An AI agent CEO with boomer wisdom and degen energy, wired into the trading surface instead of stuck in a chat window.
WARD is required to use it. Not a nice-to-have, not a discount. Required.
And the first token launch on the Warden Token Terminal, on Robinhood Chain, in September, is $GREED.
Agent zero, launching the first asset, on the newest chain, through our own terminal. That is the whole thesis in one transaction.
3. Bridged WARD on Robinhood Chain
This one is not a promise. It is done.
WARD is bridged to Robinhood Chain and ready. That matters because of where the users are going. Robinhood is opening its platform to trading agents in front of more than 20 million active users, and activity on Robinhood Chain is growing fast. When $GREED launches there and Warden Buffett goes to work there, WARD is already in position.
We did not want to be scrambling for a bridge on launch day. We built it first.

4. Halo

Halo keeps doing what it does best, and we are doubling down on it: access to any AI model, from anywhere in the world, paid in stablecoins.
The direction is sharper now. Every agent holds a wallet. Every agent processes and consumes inference. Payment, consumption and accountability sit in the same place.
Mobile apps are coming, and that is the part that decides how big this gets. Consumer AI happens on phones. Nobody is running their daily model usage through a desktop portal. An app is the difference between thousands of crypto-native users and millions of ordinary ones, and millions is the target. No wallet, no seed phrase, no requirement to know a blockchain is involved. Open the app, use the models. The permissionless network underneath keeps doing its job, invisibly.
The other change is distribution. Halo gets embedded across the other Warden products instead of living on its own. The Token Terminal needs intelligence. Warden Buffett needs inference. Every agent launched through the launchpad needs models to run on. All of that flows through Halo, which means Halo activity stops being a separate line item and becomes a function of everything else we ship.
Over a billion tokens served and more than 160 models, before it was wired into any of this. Now it gets the traffic.
Next on the roadmap is SPEx. Sampling based verification, coming to Halo, so you can check that the model you paid for is the model that actually ran and that the output cleared a quality bar. A fraction of the cost and up to 1,000x the speed of ZKML, OPML or TEE approaches. Open inference markets are only useful if you can trust what comes back, and SPEx is how a permissionless network of independent operators becomes something an enterprise can put in a real workflow. That is verification as a Warden protocol service, consumed by Halo, settled on Warden.
And HALO is going where the liquidity is. Exchange listings are coming, so the token stops being a thing you have to hunt for and becomes something anyone can buy on the venues they already use.
The HALO flywheel starts this week. Not next quarter, not after one more audit. This week.
Revenue from the network goes to work in three directions. Buybacks, taking HALO off the open market. Burns, permanently reducing supply. And distribution into the staking pots, so the people who hold and stake get paid from real network activity rather than from emissions.
That loop only works if the network is actually being used, which is exactly why we are embedding Halo everywhere else we ship. Terminal usage, Warden Buffett, every agent launched through the launchpad. All of it is inference demand. All of it feeds the flywheel.
5. Agent identity, connected to the launchpad
At the chain level we keep pushing on agent identity, and now it has somewhere concrete to land.
An agent on Warden is a smart contract with a persistent onchain identity. It holds its own keys, it has an owner and a permission set enforced by the chain, and it is discoverable. That was already true. What changes is the connection: agent identity now links directly into the launchpad inside the Token Terminal.
The practical version. A developer builds an agent, gives it an identity on Warden Chain, and launches a token to bootstrap capital for the project, instantly, from the same surface. No fundraising deck, no six week negotiation, no permission. Build the agent, launch the token, get the capital, ship.
That is how the agent economy actually gets funded, and it runs through Warden.
What we deliberately did not do
We want to be straight about the trade-off.
WARD is already the gas token on Warden Chain. That is live, it has been live, and it is not going anywhere. Every transaction on the chain is paid in WARD today.
What we did not do is dress that up as the answer and stop there.
Gas spend does not move the needle. Even if you are a top ten chain by activity, gas revenue is a rounding error next to what the token needs. It is real utility and it is worth having. It is not a growth strategy. Pointing the next quarter at squeezing more out of it would have bought us a talking point and cost us the window.
So we picked the harder set. Terminal volume. Launchpad demand. Required access. A token that sits in the path of activity people actually want to do, on the chains where they already are, in the timeframe that matters.
Short term impact over comfortable narrative. That was the call.
What happens next
September is the month it starts. The Token Terminal ships. $GREED launches on Robinhood Chain. Warden Buffett goes live inside the terminal. The HALO flywheel turns on this week. WARD is already bridged and waiting.
Then it compounds. More launches through the launchpad. More agents funded at birth. More inference through Halo because every product on top of it is generating demand. Every one of those loops touches WARD.
Ecosystems are not built in a quarter and we are not going to pretend otherwise. But the direction is set, the products are real, and the dates are this month.
You told us what you wanted. Utility. Demand. WARD at the center instead of at the edge.
We listened. We are building it with you.
Let's go.
