This Airdrop Policy (“Policy”) governs the distribution of Warden tokens (“Tokens”) by ProtoWardo Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to eligible participants (“Participants”, “you”, “your”) through our token airdrop program (“Airdrop”). By participating in the Airdrop, you agree to be bound by this Policy and our Terms of Service.

ProtoWardo Ltd does not offer any professional advice or recommendations regarding the Airdrop or Tokens. The information provided is for informational purposes only, and nothing in this Policy shall be construed as professional advice;
This Policy does not establish any fiduciary relationship between ProtoWardo Ltd and Participants. ProtoWardo Ltd disclaims any fiduciary duty or liability to the maximum extent permitted by law;
You are making an independent decision in respect of your participation and your participation is at your own risk; and
It is your responsibility to seek professional legal, tax, or other advice before participating in the Airdrop.
ELIGIBILITY
Who Can Participate
Age and Legal Capacity:
Participants must be at least 18 years of age and not a Prohibited Person.
A “Prohibited Person” is any person or entity that is:
(a) the subject of any economic or trade sanctions administered or enforced by any governmental authority, including any person designated on any list of prohibited or restricted parties by any governmental authority, such as the European Union (“EU”) Consolidated List of Persons, the United Kingdom (“UK”) Consolidated List of Financial Sanctions Targets, the United States (“U.S.”) Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals, and the U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Persons or Entity Lists;
(b) located in, incorporated in, organized in, or resident of any country, territory, or jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions or embargoes, or designated as terrorist-supporting by the United Nations (“UN”), EU, UK, or U.S. authorities, including OFAC or OFSI (each a “Prohibited Location”);
(c) owned or controlled by any person or entity described above; or
(d) accessing the Airdrop on behalf of any such person or entity.
Geographic Restrictions
This Airdrop is not available to residents of the following:
Restricted Countries
Belarus
Cuba
Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea)
Iran
Syria
Venezuela
Yemen
Restricted Regions
Ukraine: Crimea, Donetsk People’s Republic (DNR), Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR), Kherson region, Zaporizhia region
Russia: any sanctioned regions designated by applicable authorities
Additionally, this Airdrop is not available in any other jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions or embargoes (collectively, “Prohibited Locations”).
Participants must not use VPNs, proxies, or similar technologies to bypass geographic restrictions. Any circumvention may result in permanent disqualification at our sole discretion.
Technical & Verification Requirements
Participants must hold an eligible Warden Account
Participants must complete all verification steps as required
Additional KYC/AML checks may be required at our discretion
Participants are responsible for compliance with all local laws
If participating on behalf of an entity, you confirm authority to bind that entity
REGISTRATION & CLAIMING PROCESS
To claim the Airdrop, you must:
Complete all registration and verification requirements (failure may result in forfeiture);
Claim Tokens within the announced timeframe;
Meet any additional eligibility criteria set by ProtoWardo Ltd from time to time.
ProtoWardo Ltd reserves the sole discretion to determine eligibility and allocation amounts based on prior contributions, usage, or other factors.
ProtoWardo Ltd is under no obligation to notify participants of eligibility requirements. You are solely responsible for ensuring eligibility. Participating in the registration and verification process does not guarantee eligibility for the Airdrop.
You agree that you may not pursue any claims against ProtoWardo Ltd for unclaimed Tokens due to:
Technical issues
Smart contract failures
Insufficient gas
Wallet incompatibility
Loss of wallet access or private keys
Network congestion or downtime
Any circumstances beyond our control
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Participants must ensure:
Use of a Warden Account
Stable internet connection
Compatible browser or wallet app
Gas Fees
Participants may be required to bear all gas and transaction costs
Wallets must maintain sufficient balances
Network fees are variable and may be beyond our control
TOKEN TERMS
Token Value Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: Tokens may have no monetary value. There is no guarantee of liquidity or market value.
Tokens are not securities or investment products. This Policy does not constitute a prospectus or investment solicitation. No regulatory authority has approved this Airdrop.
Tax & Regulatory Responsibility
Participants are solely responsible for taxes and reporting
Participants must comply with applicable laws
Information provided is not tax or legal advice
Participants should consult independent advisors
Program Modifications
ProtoWardo Ltd reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Airdrop at any time without notice or liability, including changes to eligibility, allocations, or unlock conditions.

Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands, and the courts of the British Virgin Islands shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and settle any disputes arising hereunder.
