A note from the CEO: Warden’s Strategic Funding Round

Jan 22, 2026

I wanted to share a brief update on where Warden is today, and where we are heading next.

We have closed a strategic funding round at a $200m fully diluted valuation.

This was not a round we set out to raise in the traditional sense. From the beginning, we have been deliberate about who we work with and why. We have consistently said that Warden would not be built around a typical VC model, and that remains true. We did not run a fundraising process - instead, this round came together through people already close to the project - builders who are shipping with Warden, infrastructure partners we depend on, and teams who understand what we are trying to do because they are solving similar problems themselves. Groups like 0G, Messari, and Venice.AI, alongside others who are deeply involved at the protocol and product level.

The common thread was alignment. These are not passive investors. They are people we already work with, learn from, and build alongside. That matters a great deal to us.

This investment gives us more room to move. It allows us to hire carefully, invest in product quality, and push a little harder where we are already seeing momentum. It does not change our priorities or our time horizon - it simply gives us more capacity to execute responsibly.

We are encouraged by where the product is today. Warden now supports around 20 million users, with roughly 250,000 people using the product daily. Over 60 million agentic tasks have been completed, and across our products we have seen over $100 million in trading volume. Revenue is still early, but is now running at roughly $2.5m annualised.

These numbers are not presented as a victory lap. To us they are signals that suggest we are solving a real problem for a growing group of users, and that the direction we are taking is worth continuing to invest in.

Now - there is still a long way to go. Many things need to improve - the product, agent reliability, the developer experience, and the clarity of what Warden will become at scale. We are very aware of how much trust has been placed in us, by users and partners alike.

To everyone building with us, using the product, or offering honest feedback - thank you. This round exists because of that trust, not in place of it.

We will keep building carefully, openly, and with the same principles that brought us here.
