Warden October 2026 Recap: WARD Migration, Staking, Earn

Warden October 2026 recap key visual: WARD migration complete, every exchange supported the migration, Warden Chain's final block, WARD staking on Base and Warden MCP

Main Takeaways

  • The WARD migration is complete. One token, now on Base, BNB Chain and Robinhood Chain. Every exchange that listed WARD before the migration supported it, and Binance Alpha relisted WARD on the new contract.

  • Staking runs on Base. All new WARD goes to stakers, and inflation dropped from 10% to 5% a year. Earn puts the USDC in your Warden Token Terminal account to work between trades.

  • Warden Token Terminal added Convictions and Arc, and reads every token against 18 known traps before you buy. Warden MCP now gives your agent more market data and longer hands-free sessions.

October in numbers

October was the month WARD became one token on three chains. The migration closed with every exchange on board, staking moved to Base, and Warden Token Terminal shipped Earn, Convictions, Arc and a bigger Warden MCP. Here is the month in five numbers.

  • 1 token on 3 chains: Base, BNB Chain and Robinhood Chain

  • 7 of 7 exchanges that listed WARD supported the migration

  • 5% a year: WARD inflation, down from 10%, all of it to stakers

  • 18 known traps and 3 taxes checked before every Buy on Warden Token Terminal

  • Up to 36% of the platform fee for a Conviction author who also invited the trader

The WARD migration is complete

On 29 October WARD completed its migration to a LayerZero OFT, as approved by governance. It is one token, now on Base, BNB Chain and Robinhood Chain, with Base as the main chain. Balances moved 1:1 automatically, so there was nothing to claim and nothing to sign. WARD held on Warden Chain arrived on Base, at the same address.

Distribution complete on 29 October: new WARD in every holder's wallet.

Warden never asked anyone to claim WARD or connect a wallet for the migration. Every official update went out on X (https://x.com/wardenprotocol), Telegram (https://t.me/warden_news) and Discord (https://discord.gg/nEww9WsAUa).

Every exchange that listed WARD supported the migration

Every exchange that listed WARD before the migration supported it and credited its users 1:1. That is all seven: Binance Alpha, Kraken, KuCoin, Bitget, Gate, HTX and MEXC. WARD stayed tradeable on all seven during the migration window. Binance Alpha listed WARD before the migration and relisted it on the new contract.

Two ways to grow your capital

October added two ways to put capital to work on Warden. Staking earns WARD on your WARD. Earn puts the USDC waiting in your Warden Token Terminal account to work between trades. Both keep you in control: you approve every move from your own wallet, and Warden never holds the funds.

WARD staking, now on Base

Staking moved to Base with the migration. Thanks to the governance vote that passed and made the migration possible, WARD inflation dropped from 10% to 5% a year, and all newly issued WARD now goes to stakers only. Staking pays 5% APR, rewards are added to your stake automatically, and unstaking has a 7-day cooldown. Keep a little ETH on Base for network fees.

Holding WARD on BNB Chain or Robinhood Chain? Pick that chain in the staking portal and tap Bridge & stake. The portal moves your WARD to Base and stakes it in one flow.

Earn, for the USDC between trades

Earn is a new tab in your Warden Token Terminal account. USDC waiting for your next trade earns a variable rate in the meantime. You approve every deposit and every withdrawal from your own wallet, and Warden never holds the funds.

Convictions: get paid for your calls

Post a Conviction on any token: your chart read and your reasoning, in your words. Warden Token Terminal turns it into a card you can share anywhere, with your invite link, and places it on the Convictions board and on the token page, next to the buy button.

When a trader arrives through your Conviction, their trades of that token earn you 20% of the platform fee for 7 days. If you also invited them, the two shares stack to up to 36%. It is paid in USDC, from Warden's fee, never from the trader's trade. Your own trades never count.

Why Warden Token Terminal checks every token

A new token launches every 3 seconds on BNB Chain alone: more than 28,000 a day and 860,000 a month (Blockworks, BNB Chain Tokenholder Report Q3 2026). On a chart-only terminal, the chart is all you have to judge them by.

Before every Buy, Warden Token Terminal reads the token against 18 known traps and 3 taxes and shows the result next to the chart. We designed the challenge to show what blind trading looks like without a terminal: 10 fictional tokens, $1,000 in practice money, and a buy or skip call on each from the chart alone. Then it shows what Warden Token Terminal would have flagged before the Buy.

Warden Token Terminal now supports Arc

Arc is live on Warden Token Terminal, alongside Base, BNB Chain and Robinhood Chain. Circle's blockchain settles network fees in USDC, and agents connected through Warden MCP can trade Arc tokens too. Pick Arc in the chain filter to see its tokens and charts.

Warden MCP: more data, longer sessions

Warden MCP plugs Warden Token Terminal into your own AI agent, such as Claude, ChatGPT or Grok. Your agent can read the market, check your wallet and trade inside limits you set, and every trade it makes goes through the same Warden Token Terminal checks as a trade you make by hand. In October it gained:

  • More market data. Price history from 5-minute to daily candles, plus 5-minute and 1-hour moves in search and trending results, so your agent can read the market before it trades.

  • A full wallet view. Every token on every chain, with exact amounts and dollar values.

  • Longer hands-free sessions. 1 hour, 4 hours, 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days, and you can stop a session at any time.

  • Spending limits you control. A per-trade cap and a daily budget. The defaults are $1,000 per trade and $5,000 per day, and the daily budget goes up to $25,000.

  • One-tap approval. Your agent sends a link, and you approve the session once.

  • The same checks as a manual trade. Every trade your agent makes runs through the Warden Token Terminal checks before it executes, and it is marked in your History.

  • More agents. Grok Bot and Dots, the always-on agents from xAI and OpenAI, now connect too.

FAQ

Did WARD holders need to do anything for the migration?

No. On 29 October balances moved 1:1 automatically to the new WARD on Base, BNB Chain and Robinhood Chain. WARD held on Warden Chain arrived on Base, at the same address. There was nothing to claim, and Warden never asked anyone to connect a wallet. Centralized exchanges such as Kraken, Binance Alpha and MEXC credited their users directly.

Where does WARD staking run, and how do rewards work?

Staking runs on Base. Thanks to the governance vote behind the migration, WARD inflation dropped from 10% to 5% a year, and all newly issued WARD goes to stakers only. Rewards are added to your stake automatically. Unstaking has a 7-day cooldown. WARD on BNB Chain or Robinhood Chain can be staked with Bridge & stake, which moves it to Base and stakes it in one flow.

How is Earn different from staking?

Staking earns WARD on your WARD. Earn is for USDC in your Warden Token Terminal account and earns a variable rate between trades. In both, you approve every move from your own wallet, and Warden never holds the funds. You can withdraw from Earn whenever the pool has liquidity, while unstaking WARD takes 7 days.

How much can a Conviction earn?

A Conviction earns its author 20% of the platform fee on trades of that token by anyone who arrived through it, for 7 days. If the author also invited that trader, the shares stack to up to 36%. Payouts are in USDC, from Warden's fee, and the author's own trades never count.

What changed in Warden MCP this month?

Warden MCP gained more market data, a full wallet view, hands-free sessions of up to 30 days, spending limits up to $25,000 a day, one-tap session approval, and connections for Grok Bot and Dots. Every agent trade runs through the same Warden Token Terminal checks as a manual trade and is marked in your History.
