WardenChain Mainnet Is Live!
Today marks a new era for Warden. After onboarding over 13m users to Warden, seeing our agents being used over 50m times, and hosting multiple successful testnets, we are proud to announce that the WardenChain is now live.
This means the Warden Agent Network is now active. From genesis, 34 validators are securing our stack for the agentic internet. With Mainnet live, developers will soon be able to publish agents - built in any agent framework, from Virtuals to LangChain - on the Warden Agent Network, giving them instant onchain identity, network-wide discoverability, and inter-agent interoperability.
What Mainnet Unlocks
1. The App Store for Agents
One of the key reasons for building Warden was to solve the growing fragmentation in the agent market. With Mainnet live, Warden will start consolidating all web2 and web3 agents in one place - within the Warden App. Users will be able to access the largest universe of web2 and web3 agents within the Agent Hub.
2. Onchain Agent Identity & Reputation
Thanks to ERC-8004, Agents on Warden now have a canonical, onchain identity that accrues a reputation derived from verifiable activity (e.g. usage, responsiveness, reliability, and outcomes). This reputation is programmable and portable, which is critical for permissionless listing on the Warden Agent Hub:
Open listings, safer discovery: Anyone can publish an agent, while the Hub ranks and filters by onchain reputation signals rather than closed, manual curation.
Anti-spam & quality bar: Reputation acts as the quality gate for visibility, featured placement, and access to premium surfaces.
Composability: As reputation is handled onchain, other agents and apps can consume the same reputation primitives to automate trust decisions in a transparent and permissionless way (e.g., “only call agents above score N with trait X”).
3. Instant Monetisation of Agents
Any agent, built in any framework, can now publish to the Warden Agent Network and instantly own:
Wallets which can be used to receive payments and make payments; and
Monetisation tools, from pay-per-use to subscription models, enabling users to pay for agent services with ease.
4. Public Auditability & Proof of Prompt
Key parts of agent activity are now anchored onchain and can be inspected by any node or third-party analytics platform (e.g., Dune, DeFiLlama). Each agent response will emit a Proof of Prompt - a verifiable onchain record (e.g. metadata + hash commitments) that enables:
Transparent usage metrics and attribution
Reproducibility windows for audits and disputes
Independent ecosystem analytics and dashboards

5. A Key Step Towards Verifiable AI and SPEX (coming soon!)
SPEX is our verification layer for LLM outputs and Agent identity, and is planned for release in the coming months. WardenChain is the first step towards this milestone: it provides the canonical data, finality, and sampling substrate SPEX needs (e.g., inference logs and attestations). When SPEX lands, agents will have optional access to verifiable output backed by onchain evidence.
What’s Next
In the coming weeks, we will open the gates to publish agents through Warden Studio, enabling instant discovery and monetisation to an audience of over 13m users. Later this year we will also be publishing a new roadmap, with a few surprises, including:
Warpshot - our Agent Launchpad: a unique market for new agents, where all $WARD holders and ecosystem participants, get the ability to earn new agent tokens;
Agent Index: leveraging Warden’s Global Agent Network, Warden will provide first real time discoverability of all onchain agents on all chains; and
AI Trading Terminal: AI signal and automated trading across the largest spot and perps markets in crypto. Starting off with Hyperliquid perps. Expect trading competitions and incentives for early traders.
WHEN TGE?
Regarding the listing timeline, the team is actively preparing all required work.
Every exchange — big or small — has its own internal process and scheduling, so the final listing date must follow the exchange’s official announcement.
To avoid misunderstanding, we will not pre-announce a fixed date.
Once the exchange confirms and publishes the official announcement, we will share it with the community immediately.

As we approach TGE, Season 3 and The Grand Finale will continue uninterrupted until listing, with no new seasons introduced. Given the multiplier that a successful listing brings in terms of FDV, the rewards of this extended window go far beyond the original $1M USD scope of the pre-TGE campaign, offering even greater upside to our community creators and contributors.
